.This year's Publications:

SEATINI Uganda launched in 2007 a quarterly Newsletter entitled “TRADE NEWS”. The newsletter aims at monitoring global development in the area of trade and trade related areas, evaluate the results of negotiations in these areas and their implications for Africa, Uganda’s economy and peoples livelihoods, mobilise awareness and bring into discourse the concerns of all stakeholders especially the small-scale farmers. The Trade News we believe will be part of a consultative mechanism for Southern and Eastern African countries at the national and regional levels with opportunities to exchange views on contemporary issues arising from the demands of globalisation, the multilateral trading regime, and regionalism with a view of fashioning an African response to these challenges.
